Kenne Bell Warranty
Kenne Bell, Inc. warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the products supplied by Kenne Bell, Inc. which at our sole discretion are found to be defective upon return, freight prepaid, to Kenne Bell, Inc., 10743 Bell Court, Rancho Cucamonga, California 91730.
This warranty and any implied warranty is for a period one (1) year beginning on the date of purchase. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. This warranty shall be null and void on products which, in Kenne Bell, Inc.'s judgement show abuse, negligence, improper installation or application, alteration from original design, misuse or improper maintenance.
This warranty does not cover special or indirect or consequential damages, including actual or alleged labor charges, and the liability of Kenne Bell Inc. is limited to repairing or replacing its products in accordance with the stipulations contained in this warranty and in no event shall the liability of Kenne Bell, Inc. exceed the price of the product on which such liability is based.
No one is authorized by Kenne Bell Inc. to change this warranty in any way or grant any other warranty or to assume any other liability in connection with the sale of its products.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and some do not allow the exclusion or limitation or incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

50 State Legal Status
Kenne Bell has been certifying 50 State Legal products with CARB (California Air Resources Board) since 1990. It is our intention to sell only supercharger kits or other products that do not affect emissions. As new vehicle models are introduced, we may not have completed testing when the catalog and price list was printed. All products with one (*) asterisk designation are emissions tested and 50 State Legal. All products with two (**) asterisks designation are not yet certified by CARB as 50 State Legal. They may be 1. pending approval 2.under test or 3. already approved since the catalog and price list was printed. When considering purchasing a (**) product, please call and check to determine if the product has become 50 State Legal. You can also check the internet at www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/aftermkt/DEVICES/devices.htm, then type in "supercharger system."

Dealer Warranties
Under Federal Law, vehicle manufacturers, dealers or agents cannot void vehicle powertrain or emissions warranties due to the presence of a properly installed Kenne Bell product. If a warranty is denied, contact the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) at (202) 260-2080 or www.epa.gov or the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at (202) 326-3128 or www.ftc.gov. Additional information is available at the SEMA (Specialty Equipment Manufacturers Association) website www.sema.org. Kenne Bell is a member of SEMA.
